How to make Falinum with Rum, Falernum Liqueur, Lemon Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill a Double Old Fashioned Glass.
Prepare a garnish of mint sprigs.
Dry blend the rum, falernum liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cream of coconut, and coconut sugar syrup. If using, gradually add xanthan gum while continuing to blend.
Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend again.
Pour the mixture into the chilled glass.
Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs.
