Instructions

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish with a pineapple wedge, a parasol-skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry, and an edible orchid flower.

Shake the rum, Italian red bitter liqueur, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice, and Monin Passion Fruit Syrup with ice.

Strain the mixture into the highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with the prepared pineapple wedge, parasol-skewered Maraschino Cherry, and orchid flower.
