Pear & Cardamom Sidecar

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a pear wedge for garnish.

Muddle the green cardamom pods at the bottom of a shaker.

Add the cognac, triple sec, pear & cognac liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake everything vigorously with ice to chill and combine the ingredients.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the prepared pear wedge on the rim of the glass.
