Banana Between the Sheets

Use 2:1 demerara sugar syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of freshly grated nutmeg, setting it aside for later use.

Shake the cognac, Caribbean blended rum, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup, Angostura Aromatic Bitters, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass.

Dust with the freshly grated nutmeg to garnish.
