Bela Lugosi

Shake the Fernet Branca, mezcal, pineapple juice, agave syrup, and lemon juice vigorously with ice.

Double strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a bruleed wheel of sugar by coating the top of a lemon slice with sugar, dousing it in Angostura bitters, and bruleeing until caramelized.

Carefully place the bruleed garnish on the rim of the glass.
