Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.
Select and pre-chill a highball glass.
Prepare a garnish of fresh peach slices and mint sprigs.
Shake the cognac, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur, and rich sugar syrup with ice until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
