Mexican Martini

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a pineapple wedge.

Shake the Añejo tequila, Bols Black Raspberry Liqueur, pineapple juice, and Difford's Daiquiri Bitters with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish by placing the pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
