Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice and setting it aside.

Combine the rye, cherry liqueur, apricot liqueur, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters in a mixing glass.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture until it is well-chilled.

Discard the ice from the cocktail coupe and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Serve immediately for optimal flavor.
