Cox's Daiquiri

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish of Cox's apple ring in memory of Jennings Cox.

Shake the vanilla rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice, vanilla sugar syrup, and optionally, Difford's Daiquiri Bitters, with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
