How to make Piso Mojado with Mezcal, Tequila Blanco, Strawberry Shrub Syrup. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use the specified component styles before mixing. Required component: Strawberry shrub (With basil, kiwi, & black peppercorns).
Shake the mezcal, blanco tequila, strawberry shrub, curaçao, lime juice, and bitters with ice until well-chilled.
Double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry. Optionally, add a slice of kiwi and/or a basil leaf for additional flair.
