Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of lemon zest twist.

Shake all ingredients with ice until well combined.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice.

Dry shake vigorously to emulsify the ingredients.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, and use it as a garnish.
