Spicy Mango Buck

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Rim the glass with Tajín seasoning by moistening the outer edge with lime or orange juice, then dipping it into the Tajín.

Prepare a garnish of a mango wedge.

Shake the mezcal, blanco tequila, spicy mango syrup, mango purée, and freshly squeezed lime juice with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass, simultaneously pouring in the ginger beer.

Garnish with the mango wedge on the rim of the glass.
