Dancing in the Moonlight

Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the shochu, amaro, and dry vermouth.

Add a few dashes of Peychaud's Bitters to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the ingredients until well chilled.

Discard the ice water from the martini glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

Garnish with a brandied cherry.
