Sotol Sour

Begin by adding the sotol, Ancho Reyes Verde chile liqueur, and triple sec into a cocktail shaker.

Squeeze fresh lime juice into the shaker, followed by pouring in the agave syrup.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

Garnish with a pinch of cayenne pepper to finish.
