Garden State Julep

Start with these components prepared in advance: Lemon cordial (lemon peel-infused simple syrup).

Muddle the mint gently in the lemon cordial at the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

Add the apple brandy and dry rosé wine.

Fill the shaker with ice and a pinch of salt, then stir well to combine the ingredients.

Strain the mixture into a chilled Highball Glass.

Top with additional ice and garnish with a mint sprig, red berries, and a lemon wheel.
