China Fight Cocktail

Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

In a mixing glass, combine the cognac, Bigallet China-China, and elderflower liqueur.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until the mixture is well-chilled and properly diluted.

Empty the ice water from the coupe and strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
