Maison Charles Daiquiri

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare the garnish by moistening the outside rim of the glass with lime juice, then rolling it in a mixture of powdered sugar and finely chopped mint.

Shake the rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, rich sugar syrup, mint leaves, and Difford's Daiquiri Bitters with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled, garnished coupe glass.
