Apple Buck

Chill a highball glass to prepare for serving.

Arrange an apple wedge for garnishing.

Shake together the calvados or apple brandy, Giffard Sour Apple Liqueur, apple juice or cider, and freshly squeezed lime juice with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass while simultaneously pouring in the ginger ale.

Garnish with the prepared apple wedge on the rim of the glass.
