Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish by dehydrating an apple slice.

Shake the Calvados, medium dry apple cider, elderflower liqueur, and cloudy, unsweetened apple juice vigorously with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with the dehydrated apple slice, allowing it to float gracefully on the cocktail.
