Crimes of Passion

Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe.

Rim the glass with Tajín seasoning by moistening the outer edge with lime or orange juice and dipping it into the Tajín.

Shake the reposado tequila, Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, freshly squeezed lime juice, Monin Passion Fruit Syrup, honey syrup, vanilla bitters (optional), and saline solution (optional) with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

No additional garnish is needed, as the pre-prepared rim serves as garnish.
