Amer Picon Cocktail

Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water.

In a mixing glass, combine the Amer Picon, sweet vermouth, and orange curaçao.

Fill the mixing glass with ice, then stir well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.

Discard the ice water from the cocktail coupe and strain the mixture into the glass.

Gently squeeze a piece of orange peel over the top to release its oils, then place it as a garnish.
