Chill an Old Fashioned glass in advance, ensuring it's well-prepared for your cocktail creation.

Prepare a dehydrated banana chip for garnish, setting it aside for later.

Combine the Caribbean blended rum, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and grapefruit bitters in a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake the mixture vigorously to blend the flavors.

Strain the shaken cocktail into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice, ideally using a large cube or block of ice for optimal presentation.
