Start with these components prepared in advance: Honey syrup (Infused with rosemary & sage).

Combine the gin, bianco vermouth, Cynar, Meyer lemon juice, and honey syrup infused with rosemary and sage in a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir the mixture until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled Old Fashioned Glass.

Finish by expressing the oils of a grapefruit peel over the drink and garnish with the twist.
