Improved Trashy Margarita

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Chill an Old Fashioned glass to prepare it for serving.

Create a garnish by rimming the glass with a mixture of orange juice and salt, and set aside a lime wedge for decoration.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the blanco tequila, Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur, rich sugar syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and either the egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer. Add the chilled water or mineral water, along with a few drops of Difford's Margarita Bitters.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the lime wedge and serve immediately.
