Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of a dehydrated lime slice wheel.

Stir the light white rum, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, and Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the dehydrated lime wheel, floating it on the surface of the cocktail.
