Chill a cocktail coupe glass in advance to ensure it's well frosted.

Combine the brandy, crème de cacao, Soto Premium Junmai sake, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, and Crème Yvette in a cocktail shaker.

If desired, add the optional half-and-half for a touch of richness.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared coupe glass.
