Banana Colada

Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Select and pre-chill a Hurricane glass.

Prepare a banana chunk for garnish by cutting it from the center of the banana. Place the remaining banana in a blender.

Blend the light white rum, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, pineapple juice, the banana, and cream of coconut with crushed ice.

Pour the blended mixture into the chilled Hurricane glass.

Garnish with the banana chunk on the rim of the glass.
