Chill a martini glass in preparation for serving.
Gently prepare an edible rose petal to be used as a garnish.
Combine Hayman's London Dry Gin, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, rose water, rose sugar syrup, and chilled water (if not using wet ice) in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake the mixture thoroughly.
Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled martini glass.
Float the prepared rose petal on the surface of the cocktail as a garnish.
