The Exotic Teapot

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a wine glass.

Combine the Irish whiskey, cold rooibos tea, rich sugar syrup, and Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) in a mixing glass.

Add ice, then stir the mixture until well-chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the prepared wine glass.
