Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare the garnish by skewering a half orange slice wheel and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry to create a sail.

Shake the blended Scotch whisky, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, rich sugar syrup, orange bitters, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the prepared half orange slice wheel and cherry sail.
