Autumn Sunset (Haus Alpenz)

Chill a cocktail coupe by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.

In a mixing glass, combine the bourbon, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, allspice dram, and Bénédictine.

Add a dash of orange bitters to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail coupe.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
