For coconut oil washed rye, combine 1/4 cup liquid virgin coconut oil with 250 ml rye, stand a few hours and shake occasionally. Freeze and strain off the solidified oil. Stir the listed cocktail portions with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass without serving ice, express the lemon peel over the surface and discard it.
