Mango Caipiroska

Cut a ripe lime in half, removing the core from each half with a V-shaped groove. Chop one half into wedges, then chop each wedge in half. Drop these lime chunks into the base of a shaker.

Add the powdered sugar and muddle it with the lime chunks.

Pour in the mango liqueur and muddle again to ensure the lime juice is fully extracted and the sugar is dissolved.

Transfer the muddled mixture into the highball glass.

Pour the mango-flavored vodka from the freezer into the shaker tin to rinse it, then pour the vodka into the serving glass. Stir to combine with the other ingredients.

Fill the glass with small ice cubes or cracked ice. If using large ice cubes, crack them instead of crushing, and add them to the glass.

Stir the mixture before topping with additional ice.

Serve with a stirrer.
