Peach and Thyme Whiskey Smash

Combine the peach slices, thyme sprigs, mint leaves, and honey in a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle the mixture to release the flavors.

Add ice to the shaker, followed by the freshly squeezed lemon juice and Russell’s Reserve Bourbon. Shake the mixture well to chill and blend the ingredients.

Strain the cocktail into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.

Garnish with additional peach slices and a sprig of thyme to enhance the presentation and aroma.
