Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

These quantities make an Old Fashioned Glass batch.

Combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice, rich turbinado simple syrup, brandy, bourbon, gold rum, pear liqueur, Licor 43, and allspice dram in an airtight glass container. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully integrated.

Refrigerate the mixture until you're ready to serve, but do not exceed four hours of chilling time.

When it's time to serve, pour the mixture over ice into an Old Fashioned Glass.
