Blended Scotch Whisky

Scotch Whisky
10 cc
Marshmallow SyrupMonin Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
10 cc
Bitters
6 drop
Saline Solution
2 drop

Instructions

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare your garnish by filling an atomizer with peated whisky and skewering a toasted marshmallow.

Stir the blended Scotch whisky, peated single malt whisky, Monin Toasted Marshmallow Syrup, Tonka bitters (if using), and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass.

Spray the surface of the cocktail with the peated whisky and garnish with the skewered toasted marshmallow.
