Sherry Brandy Old Fashioned

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish with an orange zest twist and a skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Stir the Spanish brandy, Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry, Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry, and orange bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, ideally over a large cube or block of ice.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then discard the twist.

Finish by garnishing with the skewered cherry.
