Muddle the slices of white peach in a mixing glass.

Add Old Tom Gin, herbal liqueur, and honey syrup to the glass.

Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir the mixture well.

Garnish with a honeysuckle blossom or another fragrant flower and add a lemon wheel, if desired.
