Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water, then set it aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the gin and bianco vermouth.

Add a few dashes of orange bitters and a dash of Angostura bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture until well-chilled.

Empty the ice water from the cocktail coupe and strain the cocktail into the glass.

Twist a strip of orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then use it as a garnish.
