Combine the Martinique rum, Fino sherry, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and cane syrup in a cocktail shaker.

Add a few drops of orange flower water and a twist of lemon peel to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a cocktail coupe.
