Chill the cocktail coupe by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.

Combine the Beenleigh White Rum, Damiana Liqueur, Crème de Violette, pomegranate juice, and cherry bitters in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice cubes to the shaker and seal it tightly.

Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.

Discard the ice or water from the coupe glass if used for chilling.

Strain the cocktail into the now-chilled coupe glass.
