Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare coffee beans for garnish.

Shake the pineapple rum, Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur, orgeat syrup, pineapple juice, and Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot espresso) with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with three coffee beans, floating them in a petal formation on the cocktail's foamy head.
