Chill a cocktail coupe glass in preparation for serving.

Prepare the garnish by setting aside Creole-style bitters.

Dry shake the pisco, Bols Blue Curaçao, freshly squeezed lime juice, rich sugar syrup, and egg white (or its vegan alternative) without ice to emulsify the mixture.

Add ice and shake again to chill the cocktail thoroughly.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish by adding a few drops of Creole-style bitters onto the foam and use a cocktail stick to create a decorative pattern.
