Mexican El Diablo

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish of a lime wedge.

Combine the mezcal, crème de cassis, and freshly squeezed lime juice in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously and strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with ice while simultaneously pouring in the ginger beer.

Garnish with the lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
