Dry shake the listed whole egg, rum, pumpkin puree, blackstrap molasses, pumpkin ale, allspice dram and exactly 5 drops maple bitters vigorously. Shake again with ice, double strain into a chilled coupe, finish with an orange twist and grated nutmeg.
