Chill an Old Fashioned glass to prepare it for serving.

Create a garnish of edible chocolate stones and set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine pisco, amaro, Italicus liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and vanilla sugar syrup.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over ice, ideally using a large cube or a chunk of block ice.

Finish by garnishing with the edible chocolate stones.
