Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.

Shake the bourbon whiskey, Grand Marnier or your preferred cognac orange liqueur, Galliano L'Autentico, bittersweet orange-red aperitivo, and freshly squeezed lemon juice with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail and use it as garnish.
