Chill a cocktail coupe in preparation for serving.

Prepare an apple slice garnish and set aside.

Combine Calvados or apple brandy, Hayman's London Dry Gin, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, and grenadine with ice in a shaker.

Vigorously shake the mixture to chill thoroughly.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the prepared apple slice.
