Combine the mezcal, pineapple rum, and amaro in a mixing glass.

Add the cinnamon syrup and a couple of dashes of bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
