Prepare a garnish by slicing a peach wedge.

Shake the oude genever, elderflower liqueur, peach schnapps liqueur, and cloudy, unsweetened apple juice with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish the drink with the peach wedge on the rim.
